Autumn Poem

The dew drops
sparkle like the
twinkling stars
clinging on so tight.

Drains rattle with
water dodging
people coming by.

Bubbles in puddles
sit on the surface,
dull and gray
like the clouds.

The twin tree
stretches out
to the water
streaming down.

Gutters dribble
with water gurgling
as loud as an
elephant.

The sky as
blue as the ocean
takes over the
clouds.

The dew drops
sparkle like the
twinkling stars

clinging on so tight.
